Air lid sensor removal
I just got my Whisper Performance Air Box Lid, and have it in my car, but im having one hell of a time getting that sensor out of where the baffles are, but i cant get the thing out, any hints or suggestions?

I just pushed it out from the inside. It's just stuck in that grommet very tightly. I think maybe I pulled and twisted it from the outside as well.

I used some Spay Lube... making sure not to hit the sensor... and pulled on it like my life depended on it... twisting and turning...until it poped out... might have used some leverage too... from a Flat Head Screwdriver or something

A couple drops of liquid dishwashing soap helps it come out easier - rinse and dry thoroughly before reusing -

definitely lube it up with something itl come right out

I had the same problem, lube didn't help me much so I too a small flathead and slowly pried it out.

Used a socket large enough to fit around the sensor on the inside over the little debris guard as to not damage it with the possible slip of a screw driver. Used a screwdriver attachment on the socket and pushed like there was no tomorrow.

lubicration is the secret in getting most things into tight spots...or out
