rack and pinion
ok the boot is leaking. Is there supposed to be power steering fluid in there? Do i have to replace the whole rack?

fluid is not supposed to be in the boots. replacing the rack is in order. you might can get a seal kit.

Yeah.... I've got the same problem... best bet is to replace the rack... or you can get a seal kit like MRR said... but the best bet is just to replace it... about 120ish for the part... but I don't know how much labor is... (I do all my work myself).... plus you'll have to get an alignment...

yep. It's time to replace the rack and pinion steering assembly. Been there.

no luck on the seal.. so i guess new rack. cant be that hard to replace.
