computer geeks help??
Ok I need to start my computer in safe mode. How do I do that if I'm rebooting the system??
Windows XP.

i think you have to hit F8 or something.. umm it should say on the black screen while it boots up

Press F8 at the first POST screen, then choose either Safe Mode, or Safe Mode with Networking if you need to use the internet while in safe mode.
