How Can I Tell If I Have An SLP Muffler?

I just got a 98 SS bout two weeks ago and the guy I bought it off of told me he had the SLP cat back on it. He was honest about all the other mods and seemed like a honest guy, but I'm not sure if it's SLP. I would figure it would say SLP on the muffler. I had Fire Hawk and put the SLP left side exit exhaust on it but can't remember if they had their logo on it or not.

My 3 1/2 inch tips have SLP on them and the Muffler/Resonator Should have SLP stamped on it.

I had a factory SLP muffler on my SS (not a loudmouth) and it DID NOT have slp stamped on it. if it was from the factory, it will say on the list of SLP options inside the door. hope this helps.

The weather ain't been too great for a couple of days so I haven't had a chance to take a look at it.

the way the original question was worded it seemed to me as if they guy had said he put the slp exhaust on it. I have no idea about the factory stuff.
