after my clutch went out i decided to buy a new spec 3 and a pair of heads and a cam....the heads where patriots 2 and the cam was a .224 not to bad of an upgrade prolly around 500hp...as we took off the lid i soon found i had a ported throttle body..not to bad.then we dropped the motor and tranny. and looky what i found on the side. a nice patriot logo.. ok so i had a nice set of heads already on soon we disconnected the tranny and ohh looky here a spec 3 but had nothing left and the flywheel had already been resurfaced....and then last but not least i found the same exact cam already in it.....i think they didnt finish the job and didnt get it tuned but kinda of a nice little find

havent found any nice mods yet not even K&N filter.... though havent ran across any problems either

Mine had flowmaster and a hurst billet plus. Needless to say, out of those I kept the hurst billet plus.

well it had 35000 miles on it so i didnt really expect it to have anything done to it....all the guy said was it had a nice sounding exhaust... and it is kinda hard to tell since patriot buys their heads from gm and cnc's the ports...but i could kinda tell it wasnt stock when i was hammering it.....it pulled hard..

Buying a car that is already modded by someone else, isn't always a good idea. I have witnessed a lot of people buy someone else's project and sorely regret it afterwards.

I am not saying this is going to be the case for you orangeta, but its always a possibility. Hopefully, it won't be in your case though.

the both had the same engraving on the back tr224 and the other one was the exact same...... .518 .224
