    Angry I'm pissed !

    One of the sponsors f'd up my order , got delivered today with an item missing ! If not cleared up I'll post which one. Hopefully no one else gets aggrivated !, Damn now I gotta wait till Monday AM to call thier customer service !

    yeah, the worst is having to wait. jus sittin here knowing this is fd up and can't do anything about it is eating away at me.

    The GTO has been in the body shop for 3 months now....so many fucked up parts order issues has been far and away the major time consumer....but they old black bitch is looking better than ever....so I can understand your frustration waiting on parts to finish a project....this aftermarket industry has created so many internet parts whores it is ridiculous....just buying in bulk...marking it up and drop shipping to you from the manufacturer.....on backorder? Fuck you not my problem. Part defective? Fuck you call the manufacturer. Wrong part received? Fuck you. I am working out of my garage and have a Radio Shack answering machine and a PO BOX at the Mail Store. Always call any phone numbers listed on the web site and check for a real address before you buy shit from anybody.

    I reckon definately let the said sponsor correct their mistake before tarring and feathering them. No forum sponsor would purposely stuff someone around and risk of the situation being advertised all over the internet.

    I would imagine the sponsor will happily fix his/her mistake with humble apologies (assuming it is a mistake and not a misunderstanding...)

    well, I'm sure they'll be taking care of it. It's alright to be a little disappointed, but I think it's kinda silly to be "pissed" about it. You're not the bitch with the red car/blue car video are ya?

    I'm sure that as soon as you let them know something wasn't correct, they'll take care of it in no time.

    Oh, and coming from former customer service, you'll probably get this done a whole lot easier by simply letting them know and not attacking them with an attitude about it right off the bat.

    If you only knew how much I agree with the statement. Having supporters of the hobby is nice and it's also nice to have a variety of vendors to choose from but after having "been there and done that" I have a select few that I'll order from and will happily pay a little more from those guys because I know they'll take care of me and treat me like a customer and not an email address.

    Seems to be getting resolved. Hopefully they are a little more receptive to the consumer next time.
