Bassani Headers with cats and "X" pipe

I have a set of '97/2000 ceramic coated Bassani LT headers PART#574213C with cats and a Magnaflow "X" pipe. Asking $700.00 for headers, cats and "X" pipe.

Header specs:
"421" Longtube Headers, 1 3/4" to 2" stepped, 14g primary tubes, 2 1/2" collector, Stock air and emission. Ceramic Coated.
Ceramic Coating offers long-term protection, resists discoloration, lowers under the hood temperatures and increases thermal efficiency.
