Shift Light Hookup

I just bought a new Shift light with a Tach in the middle and was wondering which wire I would have too hook up to on my 99 T/A Ls1 because of the individual coil packs. thanks for any help

Don't hook it to the coil pack that I am aware of. Goes to the PCM on my 2000 Z28.

No I know not to hook it to the coil pack, I am just looking for the Single wire in which to hook up my wire off the shift light....I know it may be a dumb question but where is the PCM? Which color where and where to find it. Ive seen it done on an LT1 but I have never hooked it up myself.i have on my gtp but thats different

PCM is on the passenger side up against the firewall - it's the #10 white wire on the C2 connector.

Under the hood on the extreme right fire wall (passenger side) normally gray in color and numerous wires leaving. That is where I patched in my shift/tach light wire. Can't remeber for sure but seem like pin #10 for a 2000 Z28.
