Sub frame connectors and panhard bar

OK, Ive been lookin n2 gettin subframes and i cant make my mind up on 3 point or regular. theyll be weld ins 4 sure. are the rpm speed brand n e good or what would u guys recommend? reg or 3 point?................second i found a umi panhard bar for 100.00 and its adjustable. would i be able to tell a diff with that and how am i supposed to know how to adjust it right.

As far as the panhard, you adjust it so that the axle is centered under the car. I imagine one of these is needed if you lower the car.

I run adjustable panhards on my Jeep, I needed them to re-center the axles after I LIFTED it. I imagine it's the same principle if you lower a car.

If you're not going to mess with hte ride height, I don't think you'd need an adjustable.

Yeah I have also been looking at buying SFC and other suspensionparts for my TA. I was looking at Spohn Tubular Chrome Moly SFCs myself along with a Spohn Torque arm and a Spohn 1" rear sway bar. My guess would be that the 3 point would probably be better... but I would imagine that depends on what you are going to be doing with it.

i went with a non adj. panhard bar, and my rear is about 8 mm off center. probably was like that before. rear got quieter, cornering feels more controlled, calmer.
and i'm getting the regular edelbrock sfcs.

I did some research on here and found out that the spohn torque arm I was looking into isnt the best deal, I hear that they break alot and hang pretty low. I see that the more common brand on here is UMI for just about all suspension parts. Still going to do some more research and going to call LMperformance to see what they have and recomend.
