The news had more update on this and it was an illegal using a fake name and never registared the car in his name. He was even stopped the day before for speeding. Atleast he didn't kill anyone else!

i just read this in our paper tonite. haven't watched the local news at all...but was that the accident that knocked out power to a large portion of wausau that i keep seein on commercial between my "everybody loves raymond" and "king of the hill"?

Exactly. He was here illegally, driving a car illegally, hauling ass illegally, with fake IDs illegally, with beer in the car. Does anyone else see the theme here? ILLEGALLY.

Like you said, at least he didnt kill anyone else!!! This might sound insensitive, but now he wont be able to kill anyone else.
