P0410 shouldn't, secondary air only runs for a couple minutes on start up, then sporadically. First thing to check is the air pump fuse, if it's blown the pump probably isn't even coming on.
P0128 can, depending on what's setting it. Could be the tstat (unlikely), ECT or even the IAT sensor. The PCM uses their inputs for engine controls. A scanner would help so you could see if the IAT temp is close to ambient, and the ECT temp is OK. Have you done any work on the car lately like changed plugs, new lid, etc? Good info on diagnosing codes at gearchatter.com - didn't see 128 listed for a '00 there, found it in my '01 helms though. Hope this helps...

i also have a 02 ss. i just bought this car from the dealer.it had this problem when i bought it. no mods. i just changed plugs wires fuel filter. plugs are gapped and wires are double clicked. code 128 said t-stat i did notice that the engine temp takes a long time before it gets to 210 degrees. i was told it will idle rough because its dumping fuel????????????????
