    Wiggle/push/adjust

I had the same problem. Connect the hose to the lid first and then slide onto the TB while hitting the clip holders at the same time. Push hard as necessary to get the lid to seat on the front lip. If your bellows is notched on two sides make sure it is lined up on the TB. You might have to try a couple times to get the proper fit. If they pop open wiggle/push/adjust until your satisfied.

make sure the bellows as as far back on the maf as possible. every milimeter helps with getting the lid to sit properly.

    SLP bellows, hand fit

I tried to fit the SLP bellows on my 01 WS6 and there was no way to line things up so the SLP lid would seat properly. It sort of worked with the stock lid, but who cares? SLP was no help when I contacted their tech folks. They said the car was probably in an accident... Funny, I owned it from new until a crane fell on it and that was after I tried the bellows. On my 02 I decided to make it work. Had to trim it a bit at the back and even enlarge one of the notches so it would align properly. Its tight, but everything fits. Just go slow and if you cut do it a tiny bit at a time.
