Lazy bastards, can't put their donuts down for one minute to call in a plate. They have to have everything computerized for them.

you couldnt call in every plate there's no way and this makes it so that they dont have to look for just one car or for just stolen cars, think about it you get hit by a guy with no insurance and he takes off you're gonna want the cops to find that fucker but there's thousands of cars made in the same color and same model and even that look similar between model years, not to easy to find
