Tune??

I just installed my Kooks race headers, Kooks ORY, and a magnaflow catback. I also deleted my EGR and AIR. The car runs great but I know LT make the car run rich. My question is how long can i go for with out a tune???????? Can I damage anything while going WOT?? thnks Eddie

im going to do a h/c combo hopefuly next spring or summer i will do a full custom tune then. do i really have much to worry about now tho?? in about a month i will get a street tune. I was just wondering if I could beat on it till then

should be fine. i ran on stock tune with both of my cars.

You will be fine driving for a month with no tune with headers/catback exhaust. It will just run slightly rich and not make as much power as possible, but there is no risk to the motor or anything like that.

With a H/C combo though, I would drive it directly to the shop to get tuned, no more.

i put my LT's and ORY on back in oct. 06. i just got a vinci tune last week. love it btw and for all those months i had no problems. just ran a little rich
