    issues with larger rims?

what sort of issues do you run into on our cars if you go with a 19 or 20 inch rim? as in what else would i need besides rims, tires?

that's it... just make sure you have proper bolt pattern, and an offset that doesnt create clearance issues.
ideally, you want to keep same overall diameter as stock, so not to make the tires taller... the wheel is bigger, but you compensate by having less sidewall.

    those are 20x8" w/ 245s
one thing to make sure is what tire is being put in there in terms of full tire size, ratio needed. 245/30-20 would do it in terms of overall diameter.
Also, out of the 2 offsets given to you, better off w/ the +38mm offset.

gonna work, yeah... the tire will be a bit taller than stock.
with the +38mm offset, no need for spacers will be needed.

the wheel + tire takes the same amount of space as the stock ones... that's why overall diameter is important, apart for proper abs fonctions as well.
