cement / pavement will make a difference
    air temp,
    humidity, etc.

the computer has a "torque management" feature, which sucks, but it prevents breaks and harshness on the car. This feature can be disabled but its not recommended. I had mine lowered to 50% ... ls1's come with it set at 100% or so.

So whenever the computer thinks its a good time to lower the torque numbers, it does so accordingly.

You have to adjust the PCM with HPtuners, LS1edit or some other software.

Change you fuel filter. It's most likely plugged up. They are only good for about a year.
