Clutch(centerforce, because I've had good luck with em)
rebuilt tranny(T56 rebuilds),
12 bolt(strange S60)
subframe connectors(brand?)
and a BLACK paint job!(certainly not MAACO)

i agree with tss except i would go with clutch/ rear before motor work. reason being you have alot less chance of breaking something and having to erplace something right then and there

Moser 12 bolt
LPE Driveshaft and safety loop
Headers 1 3/4 long tube (brand not that important)
Cat Back (pick one)
Cold Air (pick one)
I don't like breaking stuff. Things like tires are "consumables" so I don't really consider them modsm but a necessity depending on your use.
Rears and driveshafts can and do break if you are going to play hard and I don't like breaking rears of having driveshafts pogo stick on me.
Headers, cold air, and a cat back will provide better miles per gallon with a light foot and better performance with a lead foot.
The next logical mods would be a torque converter, transmission cooler, and lockup switch. Then a mild/medium cam and some heads. Or (if a manual) a McCloud clutch (I broke seven centerforce products before switching to an automatic) and upgraded hydraulics. You also definitely want a shield or blanket so if something explodes it doesn't come through the floorboards. The stock gearbox is fine and I had 1200 passes on mine when i sold it, plus 135,000 miles and it was as crisp as the day it was new.2002 Street ET Champion New England Dragway

i guess i over looked the "exhaust" part-mainly b/c most of these cars allready come w/ aftermarket exhast...but yeah, that would come before suspension in my book
