    Largest rear tires on a stock c5?

    just wondering what the largest width tire can fit on a c5 i currently have 295's and it doesnt look like much space is left

    I was running 305 nittos on the stock 9.5'' rim with no issues. Then again a 305 Nitto runs smaller than a 305 tire from another company. I liked the look a lot.

    depends on the wheel id say, but i have 285 40 18s on my rear and there are no probs whatsoever. The tire shop I got the tires from said that the biggest I could fit on there without modifying anything would be 305s. I drive a 2000 c5 m6

    The key is the backspacing. 335s look tough!

    I'm running 345x30x19 but I got LPE's tub kit. I can't see how you did that without tubbing.
    Little Blue Vette, Super Charged, Cammed, sprayed with meth, 373 gears, tubbed with 345's and someother stuff.
