So I do tech support for Dell, and I get all kinds of businesses calling with problems on their computers...
Guess who just called in, I'm talking to them right now...
A guy from comp cams haha...

Haha, well you gotta call 1800 456 335 ext 7280260... If you call between 7am and 11pm eastern time (we're in FL) you should get us.. Any time after, or before that, you get india.
Our calls are very slow right now.. so anybody who does call should come directly through.. we have 0 people waiting right now.

Haha.. yeah you wouldn't believe how many customers I get that say the same thing.. It also depends on what kind of system you have.. The department I'm in only handles Optiplex and Latitude systems.. I think the home-based system (inspirion, demension) tech support is outsourced to india..
