    how to connect y to catback?

    i'll be installing a set of lt's with an ory soon and i was wondering how people have connected the back end of their y pipes to the rest of the exhaust system. did you guys use lap joint band clamps, butt joint band clamps? or is there already a stock clamp there that can be re-used?

    You may have to cut the catback pipe to match up with the new y-pipe, then use whatever bandclamp you need to ensure a snug fit.

    WELD.....if you are not doing it yourself.[or if u are]...I had mine welded ...as far as I am concerned..there is no clamp that will seal more than 80%.
