Light Pewter Metallic- 2000 Camaro SS M6
Removing fuel supply line from fuel rail
How the heck is it done? I've removed everything else, all that is left is the fuel line to the rail. And, yes, the metal bracket piece and rubber gromet has been removed, but the fuel line will not come off. I pull and pull and it won't budge. I can twist it and push it in about 3/16" and back out that far, but that's it. Does it just need more force?

Yep, a little more force...I just didn't want to apply too much and break something. There's a little four-pronged metal retainer inside that was damaged during the removel. One of the four prongs was bent up pretty bad. A new one is probably inexpensive. Anyone know the part number for it?

Ooops! I guess I was just too impatient. I'll have to get one to add to my toolbox. I presume most auto parts stores will have one? And I still need to get the four-pronged metal retainer that I messed up. Thanks for your replies.
