    1999 Trans Am

    Need suggestions again!

    1999 Trans Am WS6 M6, LS6 Heads, LS6 Cam, LS6 Intake, Pace setter headers, corsa exhaust, LS6 ported oil pump, SLP Lid

    Without changing what i have listed above, what stock parts should i change next? reminder, this isn't a drag car, its my every day car so I dont want to take the drive ability out of it totally. Give me full names for parts not abbreviations to please! lol

    The pulley was my first thought as well. I would also suggest thinking about something like 4.10 gears. Not something that will boost HP but you will feel a difference.

    By changing to the Miziere electric water pump the crank wont be driving the water pump anymore and will reduce the drag on the rotational force, causing it to increase power.

    is there any down fall to pullys i know a buddy that put some on a stang and the car whouldnt charge the battery right and some times the head lights wouldnt work

    I have one on my A4, the only down side that I see is that when I come to a stop, like a stop light for awhile I pop it up into Neutral so it reves a little higher. If I dont the amp gage drops some, not quite to the warning level but close. I should just get a altenator pulley or tune it to get the idol higher. My lights and stero-everything works the same as it did before the pulley swap, and even did the electirc pump at the same time.
    Having an M6, you shouldnt have any problems that I can see.
