Replaced radiator. Checked my flap on the heater it is opening and closing. Does it move a lot of air? I know my 02 heats up nicely with heat, Ther could be a couple of factors that I can think of, a heater hose has collapsed or the core is dirty and blocked on the out side not lettng enough heat be transfered. I would say pop off the hoses or give them a feel for any soft spots.

how did you flush it? with just a flusher valve? After you inspect the hoses for soft spots try taking the hoses off the firewall and back flushing the heater core. Do the hoses leading up to the heater core get hot and is one hotter than the other?

always dirty- 2013 Ram 2014 Caddy ATS
Mine was plugged up and I didn't get heat. It was reverse flushed once but this only helped for a year or so. I had it replaced and it was good. Did you recently have your coolant changed?
