Installing crank pulley on LS1

Hi

The GM manual suggests that one uses a special tool to install a crank pulley onto an LS1. Unfortunately I do not have such a tool and as I am based in South Africa, obtaining one is not that easy. Hence the question:

How do I go about intalling a crank pulley on a LS1 without the special tool?

Any advise/suggestions appreciated
