Question ZO6 Front Brakes on T/A?

I am wanting to put some zo6 front brakes(calipers and rotors) on my 99' t/A, i was wondering if anyone has done it yet. I know I will need a special bracket for it to work, do you know where I can get this certain bracket? Also will the factory brakelines work or will I need to get other ones. Id appreciate any help from you guys. Thanks alot!

Yeah, I put that same kit on mine. It was worth it. Get your stainless brake lines from Goodridge, get your RED calipers and high-performance pads from the dealership, or on ebay. Ebay is much cheaper. You can get the bracket needed for the front conversion from KORE3 industries (Ebay also). You will need a good metal saw to cut your existing caliper mount off, one on both sides. The lower lobe will need to be lopped off a good inch. Spend money on higher quality front rotors, i.e. Brembo, Baer. DO NOT GET THE ACDELCO DURASTOP DRILLED/SLOTTED ROTORS!!! They will crack BADLY under hard pressure. If it is a street setup, then get the drilled Brembo rotors. They don't sell them drilled/slotted, only one or the other. Slotted setups are for track use.

Yep, great upgrade. I also used the brackets from KORE3, good to see someone else here has also - I highly recommend them. Found C5 calipers on ebay. You will need new brake lines, stockers are too short - can use C5 brake lines also

Get the stainless lines, goodridge sells the whole kit that comes with both front and back. Yeah, the KORE3 stuff is very nice looking, and high quality. They might have everything you will need for the install. Just ask.
