PA cell phone law is a fake!
They said it on the news. There is more on it later tonight. Apparently the whole thing originated from a fake email. They even had it in the Patriot news so they had me fooled...

that law has been in new york for like 2 years. it sucks. when you see a cop u have to drop your phone into ur lap! i know a couple people who have gotten tickets,(expensive phone call)

or the top down, to loud , the law is stupid because their is a million things your allowed to do while driving that are way more distracting
