Dual Power adders?

hust wondering if anyone here as heard of or implemented the dual power adder phenom...(i.e forced induction and nitrous)...saw the concept on another forum, and my personal thoughts are u would have to spring alot of $ for both systems and have conservative boost pressure and a conservative shot, and why half ass two power adders instead of using all the potential of one. If any one has an opinion on this lmk, i'm curious

Nitrous added to a blown or turbo'd engine, provided it was built to withstand the power, is actually a good thing as the nitrous will help cool the charge. I know someone with an incon TT setup with meth and nitrous injection. Hes going through many tuning hiccups and various setbacks but he should be at 1k to the wheels easy.

There are actually many set ups like this out there in the racing world. You just have to make sure EVERY component is up for the task. the N2O is not that expensive, but turbos or an SC, tunning, all the supporting hardware you need.....very very costly.

freinds dad runs blown, spray, and stroked on his stang, he said that the NX helps keeping everything cool or something

The nitrous works as a intercooler for the boost charge. So your not only getting the benefit of the nitrous your now cooling down the boost charge which in turn also makes more power.
On turbo cars we add the bottle for instant spool.

good tips guys. I figured i would have to basically rebuild the entire bottom end to withstand such power spikes, but its seems like it would definately be worth it for the power gains
