Need Help On Color!

Okay....here's the deal. As many know, I have a SOM WS6 and I have had yellow accent color on my car for over 3 years now....(keep the flaming to yourself if you have something harsh to say)

Now, I want a change and I'm thinking about changing to the chrome/mirror looking accent or smoked mirror accent. Also, I have an idea of using a different orange color....but I don't know...

Any suggestions?

You know, it just hit me as I was reading your post, I have never seen Competition Orange on SOM. It might really look terrible, or it might look killer, just something to think about.

I like the chrome idea, and I really like the thought of a very dark metallic charcoal, like the new tahoes. They look black in different lights, but when you catch a glimpse of all that metallic. . .mmmmm. The top of my car is like that, you can't tell in the pics I have on here though. Basically an incredibly metallic black

for a chick car... i would keep yellow...... som is a hard color to match and i dont think mirror would look good... or atleast not as good as what you already have...

maybe reflective orange... like orange foil that would blend till the light hit it right... shrug...

i would get rid of the yellow and do a dark metallic grey or metallic black personally... yellow, orange, even the chrome to me would look ghetto on som. i only like the chrome look on black or silver. just my opinion though.

dont do chrome... you stand out right now... its your car right now... you were brave enoguh to stick yellow on your car and it turned out looking good... dont give in and go with a normal safe color...

well i have to say the yellow is hot and i would definately seduce your car in a dark parking lot, but what about a dark but shiny blue accent???

kind of like so??? dont mind this, but i dont have photoshop on this computer, all i have to do is walk downstairs, but it is getting late. and i do have the blue covers if you wanted to go this route, i had them on mine, but i didnt like them

OKAY....I HAVE MADE A DECISION. Keep my yellow :happy: I am going to keep the yellow vinyl on the front bird and ram air, but get the mirror yellow front inserts, side inserts and pontiac overlay.

I do have too many car show stuff in yellow to start over.

I will update a pic as soon as I buy the stuff!

Good choice on the yellow! I have seen some yellow on sub frame connectors and looks good
