ok this is what i got: LS6 Engine swap, Custom Predator Tune, Lid+K&N, SLP Cold Air, Ram Air H.O. Hood, Hooker Long Tubes, !Cats, 3" True Duals w/Dynomax Bullets, T.C.I. 3000 stall, Transgo Shift Kit, B&M Trans. Cooler, Moser 12 Bolt w/ 3.73's

I would step up to a 3500 + converter but not more than 4000 IMO .
I would definatley go with the level 2 since for 1940 you can get it with the regular non billet converter and for 2190 you can get it with the high end billet converter .
Where there no special o the level 1 so you would actually pay more for it with either of the converters

how much weight is saved with the billet? any other benefits?

Actually the billet is a little heavier than the non billet just stronger and hasa much larger lockup clutch as the big benifites both however are much lighter than the stock converter
