on my way back from my lunch break the guy was in front of me and got on it... i also did and started pulling him in real fast... he hit his breaks and i slammed mine on... my car is loud but i think i heard a SC whine coming from his... i was hoping to line up next to him but other cars got in the way... i gave him a wave when i went by... hopefully he pops on here and see's this so i can see what all he got done to his stang...

oh yeah... since i JUST had a new clutch put in i wasn't going past 5000 rpm either...

Just weld that brand new clutch again to your flywheel and blow this engine up.... Just get it oiver with ....:lmao:...

how the hell did you manage to melt the clutch to the flywheel? I'm guessing it was the pressure plate, because the disk only has a little bit of metal on it...?

I don't know how its done but my buddy done it to his Stang last weekend at the track.
Gotta love a close race no matter the make.

my buddy has an older style mustang, He tried the supercharged deal, Couldn't get the car past 7.0's (1/8th mile) So he went with a t70 turbo setup and the car runs 6.80's and thats with 5 speed and 10lbs of boost on a 302. Dynoed at 590 at the wheels. Fastest street car in my area. He would run 10's easy in the 1/4.

I love lining up next to him, He only pulls me about 1 car in the 1/8th mile. All you see is 2 5 speed cars banging some gears!! HAHA

i called a buddy of mine and got a LS7 real cheap... so far so good... but i'm paranoid about it...

Good choice sir! Why are you paranoid about it...? I've been kinda hard on mine a few times in the last 9 months and the pedal pressure is still so hard that it could break your leg lol. No melting here as far as i know...
