Hello, I have a queston or two regarding stall torque converters. I would really like to go with a Yank 3600 stall, however my car is a daily driver 365 days a year. Unfortunatley I drive in the snow quite a bit, will a stall enhance my traction troubles in winter? I heard anything from that if you keep your foot out of it a stall will drive like a stocker to a stall will suck in winter and cause me to lose traction everywhere. What are your guys experiences, do you think that if I keep my foot out of it the car will drive like normal? Thanks for any input.

With or without a stall your car is going to drive like shit in snow. For what you are going to spend on a stall buy a beater car and drive it in the winter.

I dont have the space for a beater right now and I already know how the camaro drives in the snow. I'm just curious as to weather it would make driving in winter worse.

It should nt make it worse but you will have to relearn how to drive it

Seems like the higher stall would help. Everytime my car would shift into second on snow and ice it would get sideways.
