so i got challenged to a race tonite just completely out of the blue by a guy with a stage 2 roush, how he knew i own my car is beyond me cuz i only drove it for one day before putting it away after i bought it, but he just got the car, and it's stock. i've found they run about 14 flat? shouldn't be a problem should it with a lid and exhaust from a 98 a4?

heck no not a problem. If he doesn't know it now you do, stage 2 is only looks and suspension.

Stage 1 looks, stage two looks and suspension, stage three looks suspension supercharged. Who cares though, you're stock right? Race a Roush stage 3, race a viper, race a c5 -it's all fun to me, even bringing up the rear

It could be a stage 2 with a supercharger, I've seen that a few times. They buy the stage2 and bolt on the roush charger Whipple I beleive?

Yes they can be. They arent too powerful because of a high rich tune on a stock engine. They are 3600 pounds pigs. All that crap they put on the Stangs just weights it down more. I think its like 340 to the wheels with Roush blower and tune.
