what to do first

i recently moved to santa fe, new mexico from san diego, my 04 gto is completely stock with 10,000 miles on it. i dont think new mexico has all the pollution control laws california has so i've been dreaming about modifications to my car. what do you guys think i should do on a budget of about 2500 dollars. i would appreciate some feedback. :help: :confused:

Hey Man...welcome to the mod world...for quickest "true" rear wheel HP.....few things you can do within your budget...and have the most significant returns on investment.....
1.Cold Air Intake
2.Long Tube Headers
3. Dyno Tune

Like the Sarge says! Cold air intake and good exhaust should be first on your list!
