I use Ardex products(local company very good stuff) and they make a real nice polish along with a Gold Supreme paste wax. I use strictly the wax in winter to protect against road salt and stuff but in the summer I use the polish. Is it OK to seal the polish with the wax after applying the polish first? TIA

You should always wax after the polish.

Yep, like you said. Without the wax. No protection.

If you first wax then polish you will be taking off all the wax. Polishing gives a good glossy appearance and wax keeps this look longer.

chaman---wax seals it all in right? TIA

Yes. Thats why in a recently painted car you should never put on wax for at least a month since the paint needs to breathe during the curing process. Wax will seal a still curing paint causing bubbling or discoloration in it.

I agree, if you have time to do both a polish first wax after will give the best shine. I love the meguires 3 stage products but they take FOREVER to apply/remove!
