Well my favorite holidays are coming up (X-Mas, New Years, and BDay), and im going to be paid back A LOT of money someone owes me...so I wanna mod out my car with this list by next year. Currently I do not have too much, but I wanna go further into modifications. Here's a list, comment on anything you may think I should or shouldn't do, cuz advice is always helpful down the line. If anyone can gimme an est. HP and 1/4 mile that would be appreciative. I'm listing everything in order, as well as what I want to do to the appearance of the car...Oh yea, I'm moving to cali next week (shipping car) and I'd like to keep it street-legal and pass inspection and smog tests....here we go

I have an '00 Z28 A4 (black with Y3F stock body kit)

Performance
-K&N FIPK (currently own)
-Drilled/slotted brakes and performance pads (currently own)
-Magnaflow Exhaust (like the mid-tone but great performance)
-Dynatech Supermax Headers, Y-Pipe, & Hi-flow cats (for cheap cost)
-Ported TB (I heard porting stock ones don't give as much HP)
-LSX Intake Manifold (not only for HP but to prevent head-gasket issues)

Appearance
-Black-housing Halos (currently own)
-GTS Trailblazed black covers (currently own)
-Black corner lens and night-shaded side-rear bumper light
-Power antenna
-Chrome Z28 emblems and chrome Camaro indents
-Twin-Turbo style or Suncoast Ultra-Z hood (also for intake)
-18'' chrome C6 wheels w/ Nitto 555's

Audio
-Dual XMDR-7700 (high RMS for the $)
-sumpthump.com's custom box
-upgraded speakers (don't know yet what type)

opinions that are good and bad are accepted, just don't tell me to buy a turbo (like i have the $), or act stooopid en espell like diez...for those of you read a book and buy Hooked On Phonics. Thank you.

if you are ever intersted in fast track times with an auto, you should definetely look at getting a stall. you can get a pretty mild one up to almost 3000 and still be daily driveable, other than that, your performance mods look like a great start to me!

oh, and while you are adding a new TB, you might wanna look at the FAST intake manifolds that already come with a nice 85 or 90mm TB, it will make a MUCH bigger difference than just the TB alone (tb is only like 3 or 4 hp usually, the manifold plus TB will be a good 25)

FAST makes the LSX intakes i believe, didnt know they had a TB/manifold package, thx...as for the torque converter, I know nothing about them exept it replaces the clutch that a manual would have. I tried to do some research, but I cant find anything about how they work, pros/cons, ect...

just as long as i can beat the new C6 vette's out there and spend around $2500 i'll be happy, as those are the most abundant sports cars out there in cali.

Duals might have a high RMS but they make the worst equipment. I have the same box you are going for in the back of my camaro with 2 rockford fosgates with a 250 RMS....you don't need alot with that box in the camaro believe me u can hear me coming down the street when i have my radio going...Infinity, Rockford, MTX with low RMS will thump harder and better then the duals ever will

I would give my opinion but you seem like an ass...so I won't. Plus I don't wanna misspell something...you might throw a hissy fit:cry:. Good luck

no its ok...i just hate it when someone writes something that I read for 10 seconds and spend 3 minutes trying to figure out what they were trying to say. its not necessarily a few typos here and there, its when its abundant or just a very vague answer.
