Here are some updated pics of the ol' girl. I finally got around to taking the pinstripe, side moldings, and all the other random firebird stickers off of it. Next on the list is cleaning up the engine bay.

And these are the plans i have in store for her in the near future, i didnt want to just throw this out there, but ive already seen others with black chrome. I wanted to be the first though. My buddy did the photoshop, hes pretty good.

We took alot more pics, but theyre all on my buddies camera, these were the only ones i had. And hopefully ill be lowering it soon. What do you guys think.

Thanks guys, and since im in the picture posting mode, here are some from the CETA last time i had her up here with me. Although now the rear side markers and 3rd brake light are nightshaded as well. Im also looking for a front licese plate thing for her.

Thanks man, hopefully whenever i get the wheels black chromed, ill put some fatter tires out back. I was thinking along the lines of some 295 bfg dr's.:naughty:

That first picture is sick, COM quality. Where did you get your rims/tires? I'm getting the same rims soon.

Very nice car, the first picture is a very good shot. You don't see many in that color either.

that black chrome will look FIERCE! nice lookin car. NOt my fav color, but i've always respected a rare color.

I got my wheels/tires combo from a local place in miami called, WTW (world of tires and wheels). They were 1500 bucks mounted and balanced, theyre sumitomo htrz 2's on 18x9.5/10.5" zo6 replicas in chrome. But prior to buying them i was looking on ebay and they were actually cheaper(1200) but they were polished alluminum.

Looks great. What hood is that you have on the car?

I bought it online at ramairhood.com. It was 1200 painted, with the ram air decals, the vents, and the lower airbox to make it functional. The color match is very good, and it lines up pretty good, but there was a run in between the nostrils on the very front, and the clearcoat on the pass. side wasnt that great, and it recently started bubbling up and peeling :cuss:, so now I have to take it off and repaint it. You know what they say, if you want something done right, you gotta do it youreself. So if i had to do it all over again, id probably get a factory one and get it painted, or find another better aftermarket one.

I actually bought a factory GM one that was already blank brand new to keep my original one intact. But theres a way to sand down and wax youre current one to look like that. Its in here somewhere.
