I was curious if anybody has had this experience.I have added the simple bolt ons airlid, smooth bellows, slp exhaust, msd wires, and k&n air filter. The car feels strong but i feel like its not up to par on tuesday i am giong to take it to get it dynotunned at the vette dr in amityville ny .The car is running a little lean and i feel like its not getting great mileage.I wonder if any of my bolt ons have affected the cars performance, thank you.

How do you know it is lean?
Most of the time, bolt-ons will get you running rich.
The bolt-ons will get you 40RWHP at the most (on average). The heat will also slow the car down a little bit.

What MAF?
They tend to run rich to prevent issues with going lean. Safety.
I don't think a tune will get you very much though without having headers.

lean is very dangerous to an engine. cuts its life. every car is different and needs a personal tune for optimum performance. since gm obviously couldn't do that, they tune it so that all run a little rich. for some reason mods make it worse, especially headers.

Headers because it has the stock timing and fueling tables loaded...which use the O2's to read exhaust A/F. More flow across those O2's and they try to adjust by adding fuel.
