Painted Headers

Are they worth a single red penny?...because im getting a pretty good deal for black painted pacesetters...i kno for a couple more hundred i can get ceramic coated....and lemme apologize in advance because i kno this question has probably been answered about 200 times...but whats the life expectancy i should prepare for if i go the painted route

sorry lemme also add i live in New York...which means i get allll the elements....rain/slow/sleet/sun

Get the coated, its worth it. Painted will rust within a week with all of the elements. Also, coated headers will keep the temps down in the engine bay.

exactly, the paint will not last more then a week ceramic coating is the only way to roll!
