No more email notices!!

i have turned them off and still im gettin the damn email notices. i come to have like 2oo to 300 emails. plz help with any thing im doin wrong. thx

In the email you receive, it tells you how to unsubscribe from that thread.

Or go into your userCP and unsubscribe there.
