Firebird logo on 4th gen

anyone have pics of a firebird logo on a 98+ TA? a guy i work with said a guy has one done in a town a few miles from where i live, i was just curious what it would look like, i think it would really ride the line between looking ridiculously tacky and cool. anything on a white ta would be even better!

I've seen it, on a ram air it looks bad since the hood isn't smooth and it breaks up the image pretty bad. Without ram air it look pretty good in my opinion

yeah, i agree it would look bad on the ram air, but would it also on straight TA? if anyone has pics or a link i would think you were real cool!:burnout:

hey thanks a lot! yeah, i don't know i'm still undecided, i hate a white T/A and think a blue firebird logo, more the new style like i have for my avatar might look pretty cool and really set the car off. any opinions?

my bud had a pewter t/a with a bird on the hood... It looked good except for the colors he chose... his was airbrushed on and didnt look tooooo tacky... i think if you could do the 6 shade blue bird on a white car... it woudl look awesome... as long and you carried the blue to the pontiac logos around the car...

i dont ahve pics right now, but i will get some next time i can and post them around... never seen a 4th gen with this detailed of a bird anywhere else...

it was actually featured on a mag cover of a smaller publisher...

and dont worry about the ripples in the ws6 hood... they dont break it up too much... and if you get one... dont make it puny... his wrapped all the way arcross the hood with the wing tips at the windshield and the tail at the grill... really made fit better...

wow, that does look nice? what is the normal rise on a ws6 hood? it's gotta be damn near 3 isn't it? id like to see a side pic for the 4" i saw a real tall one and i thought it looked bad on a red one once

actually i just found some pics of it on a car and it looked like crap, it comes up to 4 inches in the first foot of the hood then its full height the whole rest of the length, looks horrible. total dissapointment, if they made it progress in height all the way from the front to the back it would look SO good
