Help, performance packages!

Ok i wan tto get one of these two performance packages and i would like a little advice. I have a stock 1997 Firebird Formula.
ok the first
1. Moroso induction, SLP Loudmouth exhaust and installation kit $539.99
or
2. a stainless steel Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system, K&N cold air intake system, and a throttle body air foil for $499.99

CAI....Headers....tune....let that puppy breathe and a good tuner can unleash all those hidden ponies....

headers are they worth it they say there is only like a 25 hp gain and they cost $$$ alot, a tuner like hypertech , all i have now is about 1600 spare cash to blow.

It's not just a gain from the headers you are looking for, the headers also let other mods work to their full potential. No mod you do is working by itself to give you more power, it's all about the total package

so yall would go with what pacesetter, or hooker suer comp's, plus how much is labor on installation , you have to drop the engine out to install it .
