View Full Version : what is the best Flexplate ?

I'm so conviosed about this Flexplate thing i know it's
like flyweel in manual trans but ,how good is the stock
and how about if i change the stock engine with
a small block (383) of course i will change the transmission
and the torque covertor so what about the flexplate do i have
to change it ??????!!!! :help:

By your handle (MR NOS), it would not hurt to use the TCI SF29 flexplate, it is bullet proof, Jeg's and summit sells the unit.

OK OK but it seems like it depandes on the transmission
kind 4l80E or 4l60E or turbo 350 there is alot so.........
what to do ?? and how to know ?

If you have a Camaro 1998 to 2002 with a 4l60E this is the one you want, the part number is 399753:
