LS6 Intake ?

I have a 1999 Camaro SS and I am looking to upgrade my LS1 Intake to a LS6 Intake. Will the Z06 and the 2002 Camaro LS6 Intake fit my car with no modification's or do they make a intake to fit a 99' and while Iam doing this is their any other mods I should do? What kind of gains will I get from this?

The intakes are the same except that the 01 and 02's don't have the egr hookup. Which is no problem and can be taken off and deleted out of the pcm. I did it to mine when i did my cam and header install. I still have to get the intake. A ported throttle body would help.
