FAST intake?

Or Wilson?
I know my FAST has a Wilson logo on it.

Ya post up a pic. Does it say "F.A.S.T." also?

Wilson was the creator of the FAST intake so it has to be the FAST.

I just got a pic of it and it's a FAST intake. Wilson makes fabricated intakes and I thought it may be one of those. I'm going to look at the motor Saturday in Houston. It has the FAST intake, throttle body, Procharger with dual intercoolers and may have a cam. The car is totaled back half but runs and is driveable. Anyone around IAH in Houston care to look at it with me? I plan on buying it but sure could use an experienced LS1 persons opinion. It will go in a 240Z.

I'm kinda suprised they're running a FAST with forced induction. The FAST is a plastic 3 piece shell and is a weak manifold when it comes to forced induction applications. I'd personally try to find an aluminum intake for it

The fast intake has been tested to 60psi without a problem. And it doesn't transfer engine heat like a metal(aluminum) intake will, therefore you are less likely to induce detonation.

The problem is that it's a 3 piece shell and it will leak before any chance of it blowing off. I'd def. not take it to 60 psi.
