part # for cat on WS6

Does anyone know the part # for a Carsound/Magnaflow catalytic convertor for a 2001 m6 ws6?

Also can anyone give me any advice on the install, any write ups?
Will be taking off factory convertors on car with 51,000 miles.

Do I need to go with Direct or Universal fit, seems to be a major price differenct.

Thunderracing has some random tech high-flow cats with 2.5 y-pipe for $595...I haven't priced the carsound cats on the net...but the muff shop said it's like $400 a piece when I was looking for cats. Well I see some carsound ones on ebay for 50-80 bucks. Do I need a new Y-pipe when changing out cats?
