cat-back install

ok guys so i sent back the flowmaster and ordered the texas-speed rumbler. they say this is a direct bolt on. my question is, is their a point at which i will unbolt my old exhuast and just bolt on the new, or with their be a point that i cut and just slip, and clamp on the new exhuast? any help would be great, thanx, forrest.

Since you are under there.... pick up a high flow cat ($42) and do it all at the same time

what kind of cat do you suggest? and from where? i had to leave my s-pipe out of the install of my magnaflow because of the 02 sensor.. Do you know if its difficult to drill a spot in the knew one?
