Thinking about swapping 6spd for auto

I ran across a guy who has a turbo 400 for sale, trans brake included for $850.00 only has 2... at most 3 passes on tranny. My question, what all is needed for the complete swap? Good stall? I'm going to need around 3400 I guess... My cam is pretty big, G5X3 2xx/2xx 610 lift on a 114.

this is a swap from auto to manual it might help you

main things are Flexplate,Torque Converters,Transmission Coolers,Transmission Crossmembers and Transmission Pans i hope that's all
