well my dad just got his 99 M6 camaro with 3.42 gears. (stock) and he wants to see which would be faster his camaro. or my 02 WS.6 A4 with 3.23 gears and a 3,000 stall. shift kit. headers and y-pipe self ported throttle body. SLP SFC. and my super awesome. after market pushrods. both engines are very healthy. I would think my car would be slightly faster, but that 6speed seems to be pretty violent . if it was a dig race I would win. he has bald bridgestnes and I have BFG T/A. either way thus will be a fun race:)

This reminds me of my dad - he plans on getting an LS1 when he has the extra money for a toy. I know it's gonna be on. Especially where I give him a hard time over his DD and his SSEi. :D The SSEi is pretty strong though.

oops...sorry Ifor the confusion. I guess I was to excited about beating my dads car lol what I meant was. "my car was able to pull me by 3 cars or so". my ta is the auto and his camaro is the M6. all he had to say was...he is going to use his paycheck to get some goodies for his car. and that's not fair. he makes twice as much as me .so I will enjoy my short lived victory! next time I won't try and type right after I get home from...losing but beating Dad in a race lol.

My dad has a 07 trailblazer-v6, a 2007 kawasaki 650 and a 1968 charger. The trailblazer is probably a 16 second SUV, the bike runs high 13s low 14s it not a rocket. The charger has a rebuilt 383 which is now a 400-something and a streetable cam (he doesnt really tell me what he does to his car), its a high 12 second low 13 second car, which isnt bad seeing as how its a huge chunk of metal. I used to have a 2000Trans Am but right now im rolling with the legacy Gt, trying to get another f-body

Yep, we had my daghter in november and in december my DD broke and the parts to fix it cost 2400dollars, i paid 800 for the car so i didnt wanna fix it. I thought i was tired of the T/A but i miss the hell out of it. So im sellign my subaru and then i will by my dads older trailblazer and another f-body

This is true it only has 48kmiles and he is selling it to for 5grand, so as soon as i sell this legacy pay off the loan and another loan i have i will be buyign that from him, then a month or 2 after that i will get my f-body. The legacy did its job well, we had just over 100inches of snow this winter thats the 2nd most ever recorded in Wisconsin and i was never stuck once. Everyday a snow storm would happen i would push co-workers cars out and help them shovel while mine warmed up. Then i would jsut get in and slowly drive off. And the tires that come on these cars are low profile and get packed with snow quickly, this thing would be even better with some snow tires.
