seems like the few times that i have drove my z since i had my cut out installed, everytime i get on it, it seems like i am hearing a grinding type noise. seems like it is only when i change gears. it almost sounds like i have an m6 and it is grinding to go into gear. or is it just the exhaust coming out the cutout when it switches gears, because it sounds like it is coming from the right rear, the same direction the cutout is facing. thanks guys.

Is this when the cutout is open or closed?

hmmm... Only thing I can think of is the vibration from your cutout is making your exhaust hit somewhere, maybe the y-pipe on the floor board?...

It is the exhaust rapping. Where does the cutout face?

it faces toward the right rear.
