What tranny fluid

This is a stupid question, but I just rebuilt the transmission and was wondering what type of fluid I should put in it? We use Dexron 4 at the dealership, is that what everybody here is using. Thanks.

I would use any type of synthetic fluid.

I use Dexron III and thats what the manual recommends as well.

I agree. I would not use synthetic.

No synthetic for me....I use Valvoline Dexron III....Most top trannie builders will kick you in the balls for using synthetics in their trannies.....
